Personal Training

For the recovering athlete, the dancer at heart, those new to Pilates, or anyone desiring individualized programming, private training is the way to go! Your first private session will include some time to gather information, discuss your personal goals, and conduct a postural analysis. But, don't worry, we will make sure you get a good workout in as well! The last few minutes of your first session will be used to access with you the most appropriate pathway forward with your training.​

For those new to STOTT PILATES®, an initial personal training session or two is especially recommended.
